Her memoir, End of The Hour was published by Zibby Books in 2023. Her second book, Can Anyone Tell Me: Essential Questions About Grief And Loss, was released by Sounds True in October 2024.

In her popular weekly podcast Grief is My Side Hustle, Meghan talks with grief experts, grievers, and authors about their experiences navigating loss.
