Meghan Riordan Jarvis is an author, podcast host, two-time TEDx speaker, and psychotherapist specializing in trauma,

grief, and loss.

Recognizing a gap in resources for the bereaved, Meghan Founded The Grief Mentor Method, an innovative model Meghan uses to train therapists, counselors, C-suite executives, management teams, and employees, helping them expand emotional fluency and identify grief and loss in all aspects of their lives.

Her memoir, End of The Hour was published by Zibby Books in 2023. Her second book, Can Anyone Tell Me: Essential Questions About Grief And Loss, was released by Sounds True in October 2024.

In her popular weekly podcast Grief is My Side Hustle, Meghan talks with grief experts, grievers, and authors about their experiences navigating loss. "Ranking among the top 1.5% of podcasts around the world is an honor," Meghan says, "but what that data really tells us, is that there is a global desire to understand grief."
